I wrote this to help remind me to get up and take more frequent screen breaks. 

Drink some water, stretch, go outside for a few minutes.

You may be surprised how helpful it can be.

Click the speaker icon to mute or un-mute the alarm.

Left click the plus icon to add 10 minutes to the timer, or right click the plus icon to remove 10 minutes from the timer.

Hold ctrl to add or remove 30 minutes at a time rather than 10.

Click the exit icon to close.

You may use this for commercial, non-commercial, and personal uses.
